Authenticated users are allowed to do those activities on our website. Upload music, picture, add event and post other messages.

I agree and understand only authenticated users can upload music, picture, add events and post announcements on behalf of our church to the public. However, is there a way for co-workers to share files with each other through an online file cabinet? This way, we can just download other people's unfinished powerpoint that they upload and continue to work on it. We can also share music within our group. We can also password protect this cabinet from public access. But this is just a suggestion, since I don't know if this is technically possible. Maybe the easier way is to link to yahoo group.

Is it possible to create a work file cabinet for the worship team/power point people? In the cabinet, can we have three folders: (1) Music Scripts,(2) Worship Songs, and (3)Power points for us to upload and download stuff?
